1. Service Description

BabyTrack is a baby care tracking application that helps parents and caregivers log and monitor feeds, sleep, nappy changes, growth, milestones, and other aspects of baby care. The app is available as a web application and mobile app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BabyTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including data entered by caregivers you have invited.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use BabyTrack only for its intended purpose of baby care tracking.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated systems to access the service without permission.

5. Subscription Plans

• Free: Limited features with 1 baby profile and 7-day history.
• Plus & Premium: Paid tiers with additional features. Pricing is displayed in the app.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store or payment provider policy.

6. Medical Disclaimer

BabyTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is a record-keeping tool only. Growth charts, insights, and pattern detection are for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions about your child.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into BabyTrack. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time using the export feature.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

BabyTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
